About AgroShield
AgroShield is an agro-climate intelligence venture by NatWorks and GreenWorks Consulting — built to protect harvests, empower farmers, and make climate data actionable.
01 — Our Mission
Climate change is rewriting the rules of agriculture. Seasons are shifting. Rainfall is unpredictable. Frost arrives without warning. And the farmers most affected are the ones with the least access to data.
AgroShield exists to close that gap — by fusing satellite data, ground sensors, and AI analytics into a single intelligence layer that reaches the farmer's hand before the weather reaches the field.
We don't build tools for labs. We build tools for the field.
02 — What Drives Us
We deploy sensors where farming happens — not where data is convenient. Every insight starts at soil level.
Data without action is noise. Every alert, every forecast, every advisory includes what the farmer should do next.
We design for low-bandwidth, low-end devices, and local languages. Technology that doesn't reach the farmer is technology that failed.
We work with governments, universities, and development partners — not around them. Deployment is always collaborative.
03 — Venture Structure
AgroShield is the product of two climate-focused platforms combining their strengths — strategic advisory meets ground-level technology deployment.
Strategic sustainability and climate advisory platform. Institutional positioning, carbon project development, circular transition, and climate-finance readiness. NatWorks brings the strategic backbone, institutional credibility, and international advisory network that positions AgroShield for government and development partnerships.
Sustainability solutions, climate strategy, and environmental consulting focused on helping businesses and organizations achieve net-zero goals. GreenWorks brings the implementation muscle — turning sustainability frameworks into deployed, measurable, ground-level impact.
04 — Leadership
Mongolian agri-climate scientist and lead contractor on the EU-funded ACT4Darkhan project — the foundation from which AgroShield was built. Based at the Mongolian Agricultural University of Darkhan, Prof. Sodgerel brings deep field expertise in climate-resilient agriculture, sensor deployment, and farmer-facing data systems.
Her work on the ACT4Darkhan project established Mongolia's first agro-climate information infrastructure, integrating national climate portals with ground-level sensor data to serve farmers in Darkhan-Uul province.
Founder of NatWorks and GreenWorks Consulting — two leading sustainability and climate advisory platforms based in New Delhi. Mr. Pathak brings over two decades of expertise across sustainability strategy, circular economy, climate finance, and international development partnerships.
His career spans work with the Circular Economy Club (CEC) New Delhi, Tata Steel, and extensive engagement with international chemicals and environmental governance frameworks. He served as senior technical consultant on the ACT4Darkhan pilot project in Mongolia and now guides AgroShield's strategic direction, international positioning, and climate-finance pathways.
Under his advisory, AgroShield is positioned to engage governments, intergovernmental organizations, private sector partners, and civil society — building credible, partnership-driven climate resilience at scale.
05 — Ecosystem
AgroShield operates within a network of institutional partners, data providers, and implementation collaborators.
